TEAM/PLAYER(S) OF THE TOURNEY! YSAL is kicking off a new highlight called “YSALs Team/Player(s) of the TOURNEY!” This highlight will showcase a team and/or players that brought a level of dominance to the court that couldn’t go unnoticed.

Durham, NC – April 13, 2025 — In a thrilling display of talent and determination, Team NCK secured a narrow 55-53 victory over Dribble & Swish Elite in the JV division of the YSAL “All or Nothing Part 1” tournament, held this weekend in Durham, North Carolina.
Team NCK was led by standout guard Zion Bryant, who delivered a game-high 22 points, showcasing his offensive versatility and leadership on the floor. He was closely followed by teammate Dejuan Beamon, who added 18 crucial points to help seal the win.
The contest remained tightly contested throughout, with both teams exchanging leads and momentum. In the final minutes, Team NCK executed key plays under pressure, holding off a late surge from Dribble & Swish Elite to clinch the win.
“This was a hard-fought game between two very talented teams,” said Team NCK’s coaching staff. “Our players showed great composure and teamwork when it mattered most.”
With the win, Team NCK takes a strong step forward in the YSAL circuit, gaining momentum and confidence as the season progresses.
